I try my best to give my input on things going on around me when asked … and even just in a simple conversation… I can be blunt and strait forward I do t really have a filter I kinda call things out for what they are and people don’t take to that very well .. and with me doing that I get put to the side on decisions or if anything is going on I’m last to know .. or I make it so I’m not involved and get everyone mad

@anthonyrosas1989 I have trouble with this too, I've unintentionally hurt a few friendships over it. It happens a lot when I'm in a more manic episode. Because of it I get left out of a lot of conversations and it sucks.

Yeah that’s how I feel I get left out of conversations and I’m out of the loop for everything that is going on around me I’ve been trying to get better with my communication and how I say things especially thinking before I say things
