I think I may need help. Afraid to admit it, or let anyone know. But maybe I need help for my eating disorder has gotten really bad over the past four months. I’m a size 0 in pants now and no one still suppects. Any ideas of therapists I could speak with?

I know counselors and therapists help with this. There are some that specialize in it.

Have you resourced https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/therapists/ and then once you enter your zip code, narrow your search by selecting eating disorders... this will give you the therapist that work with that patient group.

That is great Tiffany... I know medical care is sooo expensive! Makes it hard for us that want the help, but can't survive if we spend our finances on it :(
