My mom was murdered April of 2024 and in December of 2024 we had her murderers sentencing and during it they showed pictures of her body with the bullet holes and ever sebce she has been coming to me when I am alone and she don't have a face anymore as it's blown off, and I can never remember her voice it's all robotic like. She tells me that it is ok for me to come be with her and everyone else. The visions stopped for about a month but lately they have been back double time it is interfering with my job, school, life as in I just want to end everything and go be with her like she says for me to do. God what I wouldn't give to be with her one more time

Hi Ash,

What you’re going through sounds incredibly intense, and I’m so sorry for the trauma and grief you’re carrying after losing your mom... the images you’ve been left with, the visions, and the sense of being pulled back into that moment, it’s heartbreaking, and you shouldn’t have to go through this alone. These kinds of experiences are more than anyone should have to handle on their own. I really urge you to reach out to a mental health professional, especially someone trained in trauma or grief. They can help you find safety and relief. And if you ever feel like you're in immediate danger or struggling with thoughts of ending your life, please reach out to a crisis line right away. You can call or text:

📞 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline – Available 24/7, free and confidential
https://988lifeline.org

You matter, and you’re not alone.

Take care,

Somya from the Carenity team

Grief can hit like a punch to the gut, and PTSD on top of that can make everyday stuff feel heavier than it should. What’s helped me is mixing small grounding habits with things that relax my body, like gentle movement or calming routines. I once found the article at website useful for understanding ways to ease physical tension while talking things through with a professional
