Do you struggle with accepting love? I feel like it is hard for me to believe that someone can love me and understand why they love me, but I don't wanna self sabotage any relationship. How do you accept that you are loved and do you feel toxic for not doubting it?

Hi everyone. Hoping wellness. Self love, hmmm??? Yes, struggle immensely with it!! I feel less than worthy of love. Perhaps it's all the years I've endured abuse?? I've been so verbally assaulted in last 3 years. I'm needing to move, to make peace. Have autism, &, sadly, have become ppl's verbal doormats. Enough is Enough!!! I'll be the adult & leave. Hope this helps others.

I think it has a lot to do with the other person your trying to love. Are they giving you what you need? Do YOU love them? Sometimes those questions are what you have to ask yourself. If it's meant to be it will be and you will know.
