I don't know about the covid part but since getting the first shot I am a lot more tired and am exercising less. It definitely effected me but other people I know not so much. I exercise every day so I know my body well. Is anyone else having tired results from the vaccine?

You will have to do what you can at home I have not exercised for a long time and I can really tell but because of that I am concerned because even with oxygen on I am out of breath from going to the bathroom and back to the couch in August of 2020 I had a flare up which sent me to the ER before I could get around but after that I cant

Hello everyone,
How are you doing?
A number of studies have shown that Americans have been exercising less since the beginning of the pandemic.
What about you? Have you decreased or even stopped being physically active?
Exercise have been proven to contribute to mental, physical, and social health. In many health conditions, it is even considered essential to maintain daily physical activity. As COVID number continue to rise in many states and metropolitan areas, many gyms and other places for physical activity have remained closed.
What do you think about this? Should public spaces designed for excercise stay closed, or should we find a way for people to be able to exercise or play sports both indoors and outdoors?
Feel free to discuss and share your comments below!
Take care,
Courtney
