We need drugs to be made in the USA. Tariffs will help them

Hi everyone,
A new debate is heating up in the country: proposed tariffs on imported pharmaceuticals could make generic drugs, already a lifeline for many, more expensive or harder to find.
About 90% of medications in the US are generics, and many of these are made in countries like India and China. If new tariffs are imposed, experts warn we could see:
💊 More drug shortages, including critical treatments like chemotherapy
💰 Price hikes, especially for uninsured patients
🔬 Smaller manufacturers going out of business due to profit loss
🏥 Even higher pressure on the healthcare system, which already reported a record 323 drug shortages last year
💬 Let’s talk about it:

With so many of us living with chronic illness, any shift in access to treatment can feel overwhelming. Your voice matters, let’s open the conversation.
Take care,
