I use Melatonin only and not regularly. I have no interest in prescription sleep meds. I have been keeping a rescue inhaler at my bedside, as I think that sometimes I am not awakening in the night from RA pain, but because I forgot my 2nd evening dose of my combo maintenance inhaler, and then need to use the Pro-Air. I shortly breathe more easily and can more quickly fall back to sleep!

HELLO FRIENDS, My doctor gave me Elavil (generic) It works well, but sometimes, I have to cut the pills in half. I do not want a drug hangover. I have had teas that can help. The problem the tea is very expensive. The company name for the tea is LUX, and it is Volerian tea. Try it, and you may become very sleepy. Do not drive!!! I use this as a last resort. I hope this works for you!!! Love and Blessings Michele aka Mickey

Hi everyone π
Howβs your sleep been lately?
Many of us turn to sleep medication at some point to help manage insomnia, whether itβs over-the-counter options, prescription meds, or something more natural. For some, itβs a lifesaver. For others, it causes more problems than it solves.
π Letβs talk about it:
