Hi everyone!

Since many Carenity members do not drink. Let's share our favorite non-alcoholic beverages. They can be simple like a juice or soda, or even something more unique, kombucha or a watermelon-mint lemonade.

Hello, Yes simply juice has a mango orange juice that is great on ice. It is refreshing and I am glad I found it. I know this may sound strange but when the meds make my mouth dry---I grab almost everything and anything. (I feel like I am in a desert) lol, I am trying to get away from drinking Diet Pepsi. I know it is not good for you but, I am a bad habit of drinking it and having trouble getting away from it. If anyone has this issue, share your knowledge on how to stop drinking diet soda (Pepsi especially) Everything now is Zero Sugar but, it must have something in it to make it sweet and maybe something that is bad for us??? I wish all of you many blessings and pray for a cure for (SLE) LUPUS!!!! Many people with Lupus do not know we also have Mixed Connective Tissue Disease, they label it because it imitates other diseases. Let's pray for more pain-free days.

I was told, I would not live to see 72 yrs of age and I am 69 now and in June 70!!!! What is the next episode of living with a Chronic Disease?? No joke, I am suffering and far from a cure. I pray the New Year brings a cure. The time is ticking and the suffering is Great!!

Please remember if you really are having hair problems, read my post. I just lost my post so, I am trying again!!! I use to work for P. Mitchells.

He was the master of healthy hair and more. I just want you to know-- all the shampoo and conditioners are not worth the money. When you make the purchase for over-the-counter hair and skin items =You are Paying for the Bottle, Label, and Advertisement!!! bai pi n eapple/mango drink. fresh lemonade and water is what i drink and of course my green tea and dont forget coffee
