I have never heard of Omega-7. I take the fish oil, however, for multi-purpose including anti-inflammation.

Omega-7 (mainly palmitoleic acid) indicates promising, evidence-based potential for improving metabolic health, in particular concerning inflammation and insulin sensitivity, in place of being only a transient health trend
