Hey everyone πŸ’«

New year, new pressure, right? But when you’re living with a chronic illness, preserving your energy, peace, or boundaries might matter more than any big resolutions.

πŸ’ So let’s flip the script:

  • What would you like to protect this year: your time, your energy, your joy?
  • Is there anything from 2025 you’d love to do less of?
  • What small step would help you move closer to what matters?

Your answers could inspire someone else to set goals that feel softer, slower, and more real ✨

Take care,

Somya from the Carenity team 🌼

What I would like to accomplish in 2026 is being able to breathe without using any inhalers at all. What I am bringing over from 2025 is setting a daily routine for taking my medications on a daily basis, taking my blood pressure every day, and live my life to the fullest despite my health challenges.
