Hello everyone,

Hope you’re doing well! 😊

We’ve all been told to drink 2 liters of water a day, but is it really necessary for everyone? Hydration plays a key role in our overall health, but how much water we need can vary from person to person. Factors like weather, activity levels, and certain health conditions can influence how much we should drink. 💧

So, how much water do you typically drink each day? Do you feel it’s enough for your body’s needs? Have you discovered any useful tips to stay hydrated, especially when you’re feeling a bit run down? If you’re managing a chronic illness, have you been given any specific advice about how much water to drink? Also, what do you consider to be a good indicator that you're staying well-hydrated?

Hi everyone. Happy midweek. And, thank u Somya for asking the hydrating question. Yes, water is critical for life ( I like to say water Is Life). Myself, I don't drink near enough water. Don't prefer the taste. When I drink it, first, it's from the tap, and 2nd, I Must flavor it. Tiny packets from store. To me, makes it bit more palatable. I ought to drink more, I just much more enjoy pop, or juice.

Now, the latter is so full of sugar or other sweeteners. Unhealthy. Only my 2 cents worth. Drink up, & don't make me an example. Who else has any thoughts?
