I have big problems with sleep, insomnia, I take pills. Because of this, deadlines are always burning at work. While I have found a solution for myself, I fall asleep in a very comfortable chair (if someone has the same problem, then you can use it, I have a second one). Now I think that the problem is with my mattress, I plan to order another.

Hi, I keep away from big meals a few hours before bedtime to get a good night's rest. My room used to be chilly, dark, and silent. Thanks
