How do you deal with motion sickness? Any tips or tricks?

The only time I experience motion sickness is when I look at my phone for too long, so of course I try not to, if I do I make it quick. As a safety precaution I will take motion sickness pills before going on a long trip.

I get it and nothing helps. I have tried everything. Ginger to those wrist things to the pills. Nothing helps me. I don't get it driving in a car unless we're on a curvy road or on an airplane but a boat. Yes.
