Good advisor

Hello everyone,

How are you today? How is this new year treating you? emoticon cute

After the festive season, which is often synonymous with excesses of all kinds, many of us may take the time in this new year to take steps to better our health.

Have you ever heard of "Dry January"? The concept, started in 2013 in the UK, is a month-long challenge consisting of taking a pause from alcohol in the new year!

Have you ever tried "Dry January"? Have you ever noticed how alcohol affects your body or mind?

If you're interested in the subject, don't hesitate to check our our new article: What are the effects of alcohol on our physical and mental health?"

Take care,
Courtney

Good advisor

I am an alcoholic; my last drink was October 1, 1988. I know all too well the effect alcohol had on me.
