I thought I'd open this discussion so that we can talk about the impact of hot weather on chronic pain!

Do you think hot weather worsen your pain? How do you cope with the heat during summer? Would you mind sharing your tips with us?

For me, personally, it is the humidity, not the dry heat. Unfortunately the only way I can cope is stay inside in air conditioning to avoid the swampy weather.

No doubt the heat adds to my pain but also the fatigue. I utilize my ice vest often schedule outside activities early

Heat is horrible on me. I melt as fast as the wicked witch on wizard of oz. Can't believe in this day there is nothing to kill ebv in ms. Mark
