Hey everyone,

How are you sleeping lately?

We don’t talk about it much, but nightmares can have a big impact, especially when they’re frequent or vivid. For some people, they’re linked to anxiety, trauma, medication, or chronic illness. For others, they seem to come out of nowhere.

💬 What’s your experience been like?

  • Do you often wake up from bad dreams?
  • Have your nightmares changed during certain times in your life, or with your health?
  • Have you found anything that helps reduce them or makes it easier to get back to sleep?
