Hello everyone, how are you doing today?

With more desk jobs, longer commutes, and evenings spent watching TV or scrolling on our phones, many of us end up sitting far more than we realize. But did you know that spending more than 6 to 8 hours a day sitting can increase your risk of chronic illnesses, even if you exercise regularly?

From back pain and fatigue to heart disease or low mood, a sedentary lifestyle can take a real toll on health and wellbeing.

I think this is such an important topic. Many of us don’t even realize how sedentary our daily routine has become, especially with desk jobs and long commutes. Small changes like standing up every hour, short walks after meals, or even stretching during work breaks can make a big difference for overall health and energy levels. It’s not about drastic changes overnight, but building small habits that add up over time.
