Hey everyone, how are you doing today? 😊

We know that colors can influence our mood more than we might think. Soft blues might help us feel calm. Reds can bring on a sense of urgency or excitement. And maybe you’ve noticed that your favorite hoodie or bedsheet color can shift your energy, even just a little.

If you’ve ever seen Breaking Bad, you might remember Marie, who always surrounds herself with the color purple. It's a subtle nod to something called color therapy, the idea that the colors we wear, decorate with, or are exposed to might impact how we feel, consciously or not.

💬 Let’s talk about it:

  • Have you ever felt comforted, uplifted, or calmed by a particular color?
  • Do you find yourself drawn to certain colors during tough times?
  • Have you ever intentionally used color to boost your mood or help you rest?

Whether you believe in color therapy or just love a good sunset palette, we’d love to hear your experience. 🌈

Good morning all. Trusting wellness. Color therapy, not familiar, however, my favorite color is, wait for it........ Orange. Yup, & I realize not a common favorite, yet, always have liked it. Here's the weird part, Love construction orange, just Not in construction zones!! I've had my share of car wrecks, some my bad, but, Never like when in a work zone. When I grew up, seatbelts were optional ( they were in cars), but not everyone used them. We could even ride in back of station wagons, truck beds, without penalty. Now I start car, & Immediately put on belt! Won't risk safety ever!! I'm pushing 60, & life is a gift and Valuable! Thanks again for question, got my mind thinking.

Hello.

I fell comfort in some colors during cold season like pink, purple and green. I try to make my own happiness in my special peaceful environment .

I feel touched by specific combination of colors like in scarves, dresses...
