I have CRPS in both feet, and also rheumatoid arthritis and cardiomyopathy - so walking any distance is really hard for me to. Sometimes in large grocery stores I will use a scooter, but I try to walk as much as my body will allow!

I can't walk very far now without having to sit down. And I can't sit to long without my whole body getting very stiff and hurting. I al 73 years old now.

@Jmp1952 I'm 69 and right there with you! Have to have a hip replacement this fall, and am really worried about it! One foot in front of the other!!!! Take care!

I feel walking is the Best thing, you can do for your mind and Body! I walk 2 to 3 miles every morning. First thing right after coffee and meds. It's a fresh start to every day.
Reduced my weight to right where it should be for my height. At the age of 65 , I have more energy throughout my day . I walk trails thru the beautiful Pocono Mountains.
Connecting with nature, is a joy in itself!
