Hi everyone, how are you doing today?Β π
More people are turning to cryotherapy and cold plunges to reduce inflammation, manage pain, or even improve mood and sleep.
Some swear by it. Others say, βno, thank you!β to freezing cold water.
What about you?
Have you tried cold exposure for your health, even a cold shower?
Did it help with pain, energy, recovery, or anything else?
Or is this one wellness trend youβre not eager to dive into?

Letβs talk cold therapy: curious, cautious, or already a fan?
Warm wishes (pun intended),
