I am screaming for help! I have been completely wronged by the healthcare team here in my town. I found things in my medical records that are absolutely terrible and false. I was denied SSI because they improperly diagnosed many of my conditions. I am now having a hard time receiving treatment, and my body is just wasting away... I'm treated like an animal everywhere that I go for medical care. I've had many nurses and doctors joke about me and laugh right in my face because there is nothing that I can do about it. The doctor and nurses were telling me to stop having muscle spasms as if I were faking it. I even had a doctor roll his eyes at me! I'm so very sad and hurt by this. My passion for the medical field and for helping people is still stronger than ever, though! Has anyone else experienced such injustice?? What can I do about this?

Hi @Cdionne1089

Wow- I have never had this happen but it sounds so wrong! What did you end up doing? If this happened to me, I would find a doctor I trust and ask them what can be done. Maybe ask them to write something about how it was not true.

I hope everything worked out....

I have not but I would find a doctor that could help, in my experience, doctors often listen to other doctors.

Hope it was resolved..
