Are there any smells that calm or energize you? I love the smell of orange blossoms and gardenia--I dont know that they energize me, but its sure relaxing to just sit and take the scents in.
Do you use aromatherapy or scented products as part of your routine? I do use a lot of scented products in my day to day life.
Have you noticed any effect on your symptoms or mood? Nothing in particular.

It’s easy to forget how powerful our sense of smell is, but certain aromas can spark memories, soothe anxiety, and even shift our mood. From essential oils to the scent of fresh air or clean laundry, many people say smell affects their mental and emotional health.
