Good advisor

Hi everyone,

How are you today?

Thanksgiving is coming up next week and to get us even more excited for the holiday let's share what we are looking forward to. Everyone has a different Thanksgiving tradition, some run a Turkey trot 5K, others watch the parade or football, some are stuck on cleaning duty, or they are the head chef of the kitchen.

What do you do for Thanksgiving? What are you looking forward to? What dish will you make?

I'll go first- I'm more of a side kinda girl so my ideal Thanksgiving plate is: Stove Top stuffing with mashed potatoes, gravy, and green beans. I also like to watch Charlie Brown- which now I get to watch on streaming, no need to search the channels to find it!

I'd love to hear about your traditions and favorite things! I'll tag a few members to get the conversation started. Please comment and share!

HI @LizziB

I have asthma so I do not run a 5k. But I do watch the football games. I do not cook, but I do help clean up when dinner is over. It's the least I can contribute. We also go for our Christmas tree the weekend after thanksgiving, so there is a lot of cleaning and brining down Christmas decorations- I like to think my contribution to the weekend as a whole makes up for my lack of Thanksgiving cooking.

Hey

I actually don't like Thanksgiving. I don't think turkey is very good, I don't know why people care about it so much. I have italian heritage so we serve pasta at thanksgiving, I usually make lasagna!
