I have had panic attacks and anxiety since I was 12 and I’m now almost 58! I have tried everything out there. I’m now on Lexapro 20mg. I have been taking it for 8 years now. It has helped me a lot. I also take Klonopin 05mg. I use Hydroxyzine two times a day. I’m glad Zoloft is working for you. It’s the only medication I haven’t tried. Send me a friend request!

I would love to get rid of chronic diarrhea due to Crohn’s. It’s embarrassing and doesn’t allow me to leave my house or secure a job comfortably.  I had to go to the hospital yesterday (30 minutes away) with no rest stops so I brought wipes, toilet paper, towels and a change of clothes in case I had an accident in my car. This also causes me extreme anxiety and I continue to have panic attacks when leaving my house, even to just go to the doctor or run errands.

Oh goodness it's difficult to choose only one. The thing that comes to mind first is the feeling of being tired all the time. It's become a chore to do the smallest things around the house. As for work, most days I literally have to make myself get up and go; which is a chore nowadays.

I want to be able to breathe without gasping after doing even the most minor activities, stop feeling like an elephant is sitting on my chest, stop feeling like someone is clawing my chest from the inside every time I have a cold and have to cough, and definitely lower my risk of catching pneumonia every winter.
