Hello all my goblins and ghouls.
How are you today? 😀
I know you have seen the lights blinking, fake skeletons adorning houses, and fake (or are they real!) spider webs creeping in corners. Halloween is just around the corner. Whether or not you are taking your children trick-or-treating this year, you can still participate in some Halloween fun!
Why not get in the spooky-scary mood by joining in our competition:
What's your best Halloween recipe? 🍰
From the 21st to 31st of October, you can submit your best recipe below which will be judged by a select jury: our Ambassador Members.
Three of you will have the opportunity to have your recipepublished in our Health Magazine in the Recipes section.
Your entry must have a few key descriptions:
The name of the recipe
The type of dish: starter, main course or dessert
Preparation time
Cooking time
The list of ingredients
The stages of preparation
After October 31st, together with the jury, we will choose the 3 winners and announce them in the following days! The winning recipes will be published soon after 😊.

It's doesn't seem like anyone has posted a recipe yet. I'll go first! While mine is not the healthiest recipe, you can always post something that is healthy, or even a fun beverage.
Here is an example of a Halloween Recipe:
From my childhood I remember making "Worms in Dirt"
This is a Dessert. It should take 15 minutes to prepare, no baking time,
Mix together pudding mix and milk (let sit for a few min)
Mix Cool Whip with 1/3 of your crushed Oreos into pudding mix
Layer crushed Oreos and pudding mixture into glass cups or glass bowl add worms throughout. Chill in Fridge.

Hi. My recipe is called candy corn hot chocolate. Minimal prep time. 5 ingredients: heavy cream, whipped cream, white chocolate, water, & candy corn to garnish. In a mug, put 1/3 cup heavy cream, & add the rest of mug w/ water. Microwave on high about 1 minute, take mug out. Add about 10 pieces of white chocolate, mix in till dissolved. Spray whipped cream on top & then garnish with few pieces of candy corn. Great for winter's day chill!

I don't have a Halloween recipe exactly, but I did make this for a Halloween Party once.
Spooky Scary Punch
Ingredients
40ml vodka
22ml pomegranate liqueur
350ml sweet ice tea
1/4 tsp grated orange zest
4 slices of lime, for garnish
Place all ingredients into a shaker, shake. Pour over ice in a glass and garnish with a lime.
