Hello everyone,

How are you today?

As we round down 2021, now is a great time to reflect on things from the past year, but it is also a great time to think about the year to come!

What are you looking forward to in 2022? Do you have any goals or projects you'd like to accomplish?

Feel free to share here!

Take care,
Courtney

I had barractric surgery in 2021 so I'm  looking forward to losing weight.  I need to lose 50 pound for my back surgery the main reason I had the surgery in the first place . I also wanted to get off some of the 20 some medicines I'm on . I also want to improve my all over health , shrink my liver and improve all areas of my health. My surgery was Nov 12th . I have lost 32 pounds so far , been able to go off one blood pressure pill and had one of the three I am on cut from  3 times a day to 1/2 pill. 2x a day so it's happening.  My liver didn't have to be biopsies as it wasn't in as bad a shape admit could have been . So in a nut shell my 2022 goals n are simple. Follow my Drs  instructions and ill lose maybe and get this back fixed some anyway because it is all in bad shape .then my knees.
