I feel discouraged about my weight loss.  The best thing for me is the pool, but they are all closed.

Try not to feel down about yourself, these are trying times and it is so hard to stay healthy when we're stuck at home. Hi , for me I bought the machine for running and riding bike , But it takes a lot of space .
