vitamin B12 [This content has been moderated by an administrator],

Potentially Helpful in That It May Halt Neuronal DecayMemory problems have been linked to a lack of vitamin B12, especially in the elderly.

The vitamin may play a role in preventing brain atrophy, which is the loss of neurons in the brain and typically connected with memory loss or dementia.

A combination of vitamin B12 and omega-3 fatty acid supplementation has been shown to decrease mental loss in persons with early-stage dementia.

Another study indicated that even vitamin B12 levels on the low side of normal might lead to impaired memory function. As a result, supplementing with this vitamin may improve memory, even in the absence of a clinically recognised deficit .

To reliably assess vitamin B12's impact on brain power, more study is required.

Mixing supplements can lead to memory loss. Supplement poisoning is never talked about, but it's real.
