Good advisor
Hi @livinginSEA I totally get what you mean, I have been trying to stay physically active for a long time now, I've tried lots of things, and sometimes I feel it has had no effect whatsoever on my condition. But I admit I am not very regular with my exercise. However, I believe that keeping fit is essential for our health, and it doesn't matter if you are a basketball champion or if you just walk or run once in a while, the most important thing is not to give up. I try to exercise several times a week, even a little bit, like 10 min is already good. Just remember that movement is life, our body needs movement. Good luck!

Hi @livinginSEA
I try to walk for at least an hour a day. It's the minimum. I also do other activities and I go to the gym, but even on days I don't feel like moving, I know I can at least get up and walk.
Hope this helps-
