I get migraines often... no other diagnosis then just "you have migraines."
I am a data analyst and my head will start to hurt randomly, but often. It gets worse as the day goes on, especially after long days of working, staring at the computer.
It does affect my ability to do my work at times because when my head hurts really bad, it makes it difficult for me to focus and efficiently finish my work. I often have to take breaks and walk around, which tends to help a bit. Whenever they are real strong, I begin to sweat and shake and I leave early and finish the day working from home.

I periodically go to therapy with a specialist, because sometimes the migraine becomes so severe that the pills no longer help. However, therapy doesn't work permanently and to maintain the effect I use CBD products. I understand that it seems weird, but it really helps. There a lot of documentary articles which which prove that CBD oil reduce pain. I am very lucky, that I have found a shop with the best [link moderated by Community Manager for violation of community standards] for very good prices. Think that without it, my life would be terrible. Migraine is a very exhausting thing.
