I recently was diagnosed with GERD, IPF and sleep apnea. I take famotidine at night and omomeprazole in the morning. Together with OFEV for IPF. It seems to be stable but I do lose my voice and cough sometimes.

Hello everyone,
How are you doing today?
Living with a digestive disorder means frequent trips to the restroom. In your own home, it isn't too stressful. But what do you do when you are at work and have to make frequent trips?
How do you manage your bathroom breaks? Do employer and coworkers know about your problems ? How they react when they see you frequently visiting the restroom? Do you address the issue or just let them come to their own conclusion?
This is a safe space where members can share these types of situations without the fear of judgement π
Take care,
Lizzi from the Carenity team
