How are you doing today?
Air fryers seem to be all the rage! I'm sure there is someone in the Carenity community that has one and can share some recipes or just general opinions of the kitchen gadget.

Do you have an air fryer? What do you typically make in it? Do you think your meals are healthier or easier to control?

I was thinking of getting an air fryer, I was thinking it would be a good alternative way to cook foods that don't have added fats. I have struggled with Ulcerative colitis since I was 28 and I am always paying a lot of attention to what I eat. I've seen some videos on social media about dishes that can be prepared using this new kitchen gadget and I have hope. I just don't want it to be another thing I buy and use for a second then forget. What are your experiences with one?
