Hi @snowydays
It must be tough to always feel so tried. When you are awake, what kind of activities do you do? I always feel a bit more energized after I get out side for a walk. Have you brought this up to your doctor? It might be a symptom of another illness. I would definitely bring it up with them.
Do you sleep 12+ hours a day? Do you sleep more than you think you should? What kind of activities do you do to help you get more energy? Do you notice the that it eventually goes away? Please share what you do to get out of bed.

@LizziB I usually sleep for 10 to 12 hours a day. As much as I like to walk, it is too hot. Two days ago I almost passed out due to the heat. I enjoy reading.

@chais18a Thanks for sharing. You are right about the heat- these heat waves have been no joke. Glad you are staying safe and opting for an indoor activity like reading. What genre do you prefer?

Hello, I noticed I can sleep up to 12 hrs straigth in the night, and still take naps during the day but I don't think it's normal.. Anyone going through the same thing? How do you cope? Thanks in advance for your advices
