Foods that have lowered inflammation or had a positive impact on your COPD

I am wondering if anyone has any information or testimony on foods that people have incorporated in their diet that has had a positive impact on their COPD symptoms and/or decreased inflammation or helped "clear the airways."

I try to consistently include garlic, ginger, chilli, and curcummin into my diet daily. These have been known to have benefits on the lungs.
There are some smoothies that sound good on one of the COPD pages. I haven't tried them yet but they decrease the inflammation.
