Physical therapy. If you can't go, look up on the internet. I was good and she used 3 pounds weights on my ankles and it hurt my back. So if it hurts anywhere besides your muscle as being sore from. Exercise. . If your pain gets worse stop and consult your Dr. The next time I went to pt. She was able to give me more gentle exercises so, I got ok in a few days. The things she had me do rely helped me. Im doing some at home too and it helps. Also, a good anti-inflammatory, muscle relaxers, mild ones so u can take them daily, and lanicaune patches ...also diclofinact gel. It's like a whirlwind getting ready for bed... lol good luck and God bless . Have a very MERRY CHRISTMAS!!! AND HAPPY NEW YEAR !!!

Do you know any alternative or natural ways to help with chronic pain besides opioids?
