I've been dealing with RA-related chronic pain in my ankles and knees for a while now, and exploring various ways to find relief. I've heard that Epsom salt in the bath can help with the pain. Any of you have tried using this? Was it useful? and for how long am I supposed to soak in it?

@LizziB I ahvw tried Epsom salt baths and I have yet to notice a difference at all.

I soak in the tub with epsom salts when my leg, hip, & back pain flare... it seems to help enough thst i can rest.

I have a friend who swears by her baths with Epsom salts. I've tried these baths but no change in my pain.
