Chronic pain makes concentration on anything for me difficult because my mind is always on the pain and when the next strong painful contraction will occur. I definitely feel my productivity in life is negatively affected.

Absolutely. There are times where I feel my brain is in a fog because of the pain and that I am not as productive or even at work - as efficient or as direct with others that I should be. I entered into my professional career in my early 30s and at that time I had already had multiple surgeries, which failed, causing more pain. So, I know no other, but I know it affects me and that I am less effecient, suffer from a clouded mine when people talk to me and sometimes when people talk to me my mind is just focused on my pain.

Yes having a fogged brain creates me from being productive and present. Does anyone have any recommendations.

Definitely does. MS is a cruel disease.

Chronic pain has many affects beyond just pain. It can affect individuals physically, mentally, and emotionally.
One of the areas that many people living in chronic pain say is affected is their ability to be productive, especially in work.
Does chronic pain affect your productivity? If yes, how so... At home, at work, etc?
Do you have any ways to cope or tips on how to manage?
