Community managerHello @achy38, how are you feeling today?
Thank you for starting this discussion. Tracking your pain can actually be quite helpful to better understand your pain patterns, triggers, and the impact it has on your daily life, even if it might seem a bit unusual at first.
So let me go ahead and tag a few members of our community who could share some advice with you:

Have you ever tracked your chronic pain? If so, what method did you use and what specific information did you record?
Thank you so much and have a great day!

Good advisor
My doctor recommended me to start tracking my pain. It seems kind of silly to me, I'm always in pain, what exactly am I tracking? Has anyone done it? Maybe he didn't explain how to do it well. Did anything come of it?
Thanks
