Hi everyone 💙
Living with Alzheimer’s disease can make familiar everyday tasks gradually more difficult.
Remembering appointments, preparing meals, getting dressed, taking medication or simply knowing what comes next in the day may sometimes require more support.
For many people, having a regular daily routine can make things feel more familiar and less confusing. Simple habits, written reminders, calendars or doing activities at roughly the same time each day can sometimes help.
But every person is different, and routines may need to change as Alzheimer’s progresses.
💬 We’d love to hear from you:

If you care for someone with Alzheimer’s, or live with the condition yourself, share the little things that genuinely help your day run more smoothly. 💙
With care,
Razar from the Carenity team 💖
