Javier Barciela is currently the Community Manager for Spain at Carenity. He is responsible for animating the Spanish Carenity platform, interacting with members and fostering discussions on a daily basis, and adapting articles from the Health Magazine for the Spanish platform.
Javier Barciela is currently the Community Manager Spain and Health Writer at Carenity. He has long worked in managing online communities, from youth groups to adult audiences. His interests cover many areas, with a special focus on health and sports.
Graduated in Journalism, with training in social media and web writing, he has extensive experience as a journalist, community manager, and in marketing.
On a personal level, Javier enjoys sports and reading, and, by professional habit, always tries to stay up to date with current events.

Javier holds a degree in Journalism from the University of Seville, a master’s in Digital Documentation from Pompeu Fabra University, and has recently completed training as a Digital Project Manager specializing in marketing and writing. He works independently in translation and content writing and joined the Carenity team in 2025.
