Hypothyroidsim can cause a wide range of symptoms, and to varying degrees, such as fatigue, weight gain, hair loss, irritability, depression, weakness, etc.

Whiat symptom of hypothyroidism most troubles you? Which is the symptom of hypothyroidism that you wish you could get rid of the most?

Before I started treatment, which I have had good success in recovering from my symptoms, the worst symptom was the fatigue. I felt like an hour after I woke up that I was exhausted and needed to sleep. It was getting hard for me to focus and go to school. I was even taking adderral to help me until I got diagnosed and found out the cause.

For me it's weight gain and hot flashes. The fatigue is exacerbated by Multiple Sclerosis.

Oh and I forgot to add that depression and hair thinning are issues which also play into the MS.
