Lisa Brienne

Lisa Brienne is a psycho-sophrologist who specializes in supporting individuals living with chronic illness. Having lived with multiple sclerosis herself for over 16 years, she offers both personal and professional insight to those facing invisible conditions. Her approach blends techniques from sophrology, psychology, and mindfulness to help ease fear, better manage emotions, and regain confidence and calm in everyday life.

She provides individual sessions (online or at her office near Montpellier), leads online group workshops, and has created the "21 Days to Serenity" program, designed to help people step out of the fear cycle, reconnect with their body, and move forward with confidence—even while living with illness.
