Hi everyone, how are you today? 😊
Humidifiers add moisture to the air, which can benefit people with respiratory symptoms or even dry skin. On the flip side, humidity can also promote allergens and mold growth, which can also make asthma worse.
What do you think? Have you ever use a humidifier or a dehumidifier for your asthma? Has either one helped? If you haven't, is it something you think you'd be interested trying?

When I lived in a village by the sea and in my country, it rains a lot so the humidity is very high and I read complete details on [This content has been moderated by an administrator] and used a dehumidifier and it shows a lot in the house that the humidity disappears and although I do not have bronchial problems I have pharyngitis chronic and that helps me a lot, I hope that if you use it you feel better
