Thank you for opening this discussion. Although rare, it is not uncommon for ulcerative colitis to negatively affect the eyes, in varying levels.

Usually Ulcerative Colitis affects the colon and rectum, and I have felt its effects over the last couple of years, but recently my eyes have been feeling inflammed as well. I do not know if there is any connection, but they are exteremely itchy and red. has anyone else had a similar experience, should I be worried ?
