Hi @AshlyM
I'm sorry to hear that your condition is affecting your mental health. You are not alone, you have a whole Carenity community behind you- but I can understand on the daily, living with chronic conditions can feel isolating. I'll tag a few other people to see if they can share some experiences or tips of what they do to feel less alone.

Do you ever feel lonely because of your condition? Is it difficult to share your worries with others? So you struggle to keep up with others due to your limitations?
Share for @AshlyM !
Take care,
Lizzi from the Carenity team

Lately I've been feeling pretty bad because of my condition. I feel lonely and sad that I have to go through it and all the limitations and worries. Have you ever felt that?
