Hi, the past few months I've been having non-stop urinary tract infections. I'm not sure what's causing them as I take care of myself "down there", but I can't keep calling my doctor for it, most of the time they're short on appointments anyways. Can anyone recommend anything to help them or to keep them from coming back?

All I can advise is drinking a lot of water and/or cranberry juice. Also a probiotic may help.
