Hi I'm Irene. I've been clinically depressed since 2018. Things have been getting better but recently I am scarred that I will be back under it. Please if anyone out there has gone through the same struggle, I need to hear from you. How did you get through this? Please I'm so alone. No one understands me. I don't know what to do. I'm desperate.
